Shipping Policy

We aim to offer fast and secure delivery on all our orders. The shipping process can be divided into 2 phases: processing and delivery. All orders will be processed within 3 working days, although we aim to ship out your order within 48 hours. This means that once your order is placed, Purity Hair has up to 3 working days to ship your package. Once your order is shipped, your package is in the hands of the courier who will deliver it to your address. All orders are fully tracked and must be signed at delivery for safety and security reasons.

UK delivery: 2-3 working days

Europe & Ireland: 2-5 working days

US: 4-5 working days

International: 5-7 working days

Returns Policy

Due to hygienic reasons and the delicate nature of the lace, we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds under any circumstances. We kindly ask you to check your order before placing it, to prevent any mistakes or confusion. All orders are final once placed. Purity Hair performs individual quality checks on each order to ensure you receive the best quality hair. If you have any questions or experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We aim to provide excellent customer service and take a problem-solving approach. Potential replacements only apply when hair is in its original state, with tags and packaging still attached. Please note that this does not apply to hair that has been washed, processed, or altered in any other way.
